Do you have a copy of screenshot of balances in your earning program?

Too bad, I don't always do that! otherwise I can request for the restore of $20 lost in my FoxCash account...What about you? Do you always keep a copy with you? I believe most of you have learnt the lesson that we need to keep a copy of screenshot of our account balance just in case the earning site have been hacked or hijacked. So do I!!!

You can make a screenshot by: (1) pressing FN + PRT SRC when you are at the webpage (2) then go to Start All Programs Accessories Paint and paste it (3) then save it

No, I don't. That was terrible. Now I think if I still want to continue to be foxcash member (which I am not sure if I still want to) I would need to have a screenshot of my balance there every time I earn more from them. This is absolutely terrible.

Yes, as a matter of fact, I do. There are quite a few on my profile page, just so I can keep track of my earnings and payouts. After several sites required a screenshot of my earnings to restore my balance, I have learned to take the time to make screenshots. While I can't provide a screenshot for every site I participate in, I definately update the screenshots daily after requesting a payout from a site. In the case of FoxCash, I will lose the 30 referrals I had but hopefully they will put my $27+ back in my account. I was shocked to find my balance reset to just $2.49 with 0 refs when I came home from a long weekend out of town. Without the screenshot, I would have probably given up on this site. As it is, I think I'll wait it out.

Oh, happy for you! Hoepfully with the screenshot proof that you have, you are able to get your account balance restored. I used to have screenshot each time I made payout request. But just don't know why I forgot to do it during my last payout request end of May, too bad!

Well, I keep the screenshots of my payments received from a program so that I have payment proof, but I don't keep screen shots of the screens from the programs. So far, I've been very lucky, but I guess it's always better to be on the safe side.

Good luck to you! I do hope they pay you again. I think I may start making screen shots of some of the ones that I don't really trust so much yet.

I'm one that doesn't have a sceenshot for foxcash. I did request the difference as I knew the amount. If they just extrapolate from the May date they used to now, it would work for standard members. I'm sure they would prefer to err on their side and keep the difference from May to now than try to have good will and fix the accounts closer to an amount it should be.

Good that you know the exact balance but I'm not sure if they are willing to restore the claimed without screenshot for standard member. Anyway, hope they could do their best to restore all members' account to the closest possible. As you know, members could have earned a lot in June itself..
