I read a lot of health topics and books. And I can assure you that too much salt in our daily food intake will surely lead to health problems. High blood pressure is one product of that illness I'm talking about. My mother is diagnosed with High blood. She loves eating salty foods. Her doctor
prohibited her from eating foods containing too much salt. Fatty meat is also a big no on her diet.
She's taking medication everyday for her blood pressure. Everytime she is tempted to eat pork she always complained of feeling dizzy and difficulty in
breathing. Too much salt is bad too for the bones.
