Is this a Scam?

I was watching Fanshion TV the other day and one of the Adz was about helping people getting Green Card in America...the website is www.visa55.com
I was curious (ye, I am Aquarius) whether this was a scam or not so I had a look at that website...soon I found they asked you to pay about $200 to stay in a pool and wait for your chance to get the Green Card...To me, quite obviously, it was a Scam!
After a few days when I totally forgot about it, a woman with a strong American accent called me and asked me whether I was still interested to get a Green Card...I told her I had NZ passport and I was not interested...she immediately cut off the phone!
I think this is a scam...I don't know how many of you have tried this website but please be aware of it!!!

i think it was not full of scam, it help you to register to get the Green card by sending them money.. Green card was a lottere and you dont have to pay for registering. it better to register at US embassy site in your country.
