Which is better, Sonny or Canon?

Everyone, I plan to buy a new digital camera. Could you tell me which one is better, Sony or Canon, or even some others that have similar price, at around 100 - 200 US dollars. Would you tell me which one is the best?

Hi, I'd prefer a Canon camera for the quality of pictures that they have. Sony is good too with all the functions and features that they have, but I would still prefer Canon over Sony. Another piece of advice is to really research over the net about certain models that you are choosing to buy over the net, information is free and would really help you.. see you around!

I used to use Sony & Olympus Camera until few months back and now I have switched to Canon. I was really amazed by the picture quality of canon camera. So i would recommend you to go for Canon.

I would recommend going with either a canon or a Kodak. I really LOVE my Kodak camera and my immediate family all has one. However my granddad's Canon also takes awesome pictures.
Knowing a couple professional photographers and that they all have Canon cameras. If you want something professional I'd go with the Canon. Kodaks are very nice point and shoot cameras.

Canon is the best it gives extra zooming as comapred to other digital cameras i am using A450 canon model camera it has only 5 megapixels with 4x of zooming..Thats why canon is also expensive than other mobile...
