Does anyone knows a good free host for my files?

I have some videos and music I want to put them on my web, but I don't find a good place to host them. Any ideas? I know places such as megaupload, but they don't let me link to my file... I want somewhere to upload a file and then get a url I can put on my web...

Mediafire* Don't need to register to host, but it's better if you do so you can keep track of your files.

I've been using www.box.net for a while now with no problems at all. The free option gives you 1GB of storage space and you can share as many of the files as you want. Unfortunately, it seems that the free option also has a maximum size per file of 10MB but you can get around that if you need to by using WinRAR to compress your file and split it into 10MB pieces to be downloaded separately.

I have been using www.fileden.com for over a year now and have yet to have problems with it. It's free to signup and use, but you do have a bandwidth limit which you will have to mindful of, but it resets every month. You can upload and unlimited amount of video, or music as long as it is stays within their file size limit. Hope this is of use to you.
