Not really sure what fruits are a rich source of vitamin E, but I know that vegetable oil, green leaves, seeds and nuts, as well as whole grains are rich sources of vitamin E for our diet. Vitamin E acts as a good antioxidant, protects our cells against damage and also aids in our cardiovascular health. Hence, you can tell that it's an important vitamin for our bodies. Sorry for going off topic a bit; I know you asked for fruits but since I don't know any but I wanted to reply anyhow, I just typed in what I know about vitamin E. Hope you don't mind! Have a nice day!

I think blueberries have quite a bit of Vitamin E, but still not as much as sunflower seeds and greens (as in spinach, mustard greens, etc.).

Lots of foods including fruits, vegetables, and nuts are rich in vitamin E. Coconuts, tomatoes, soybeans, asparagus, chestnuts, almonds, and peanuts are good sources of vitamin E. Some herbs, such as aloe vera, are also rich in vitamin E.
