how do you De-stress?

drink a glass of wine
drink a beer or two
pop an antidepressant
go shopping, take a hot bath, sleep
I drink a glass of wine or take a nice hot bath and soak.

I usually go out to my favorite restaurant.Eating good food is a destressant for me.I love being around merry people and soft music. Also sometimes i go out shopping. It relaxes me a lot.But, whenever i cant help it i just call up my friends.

When I am terribly stressed, I'm able to lay down and fall asleep. It's my best defense mechanism. I'm not much of a drinker and hate to shop so those two are out of the picture but know it works well for others. My biggest worry is when our kids are on the road traveling.

I'm with you. That is the option I prefer also. Sometimes just watching tv or listening to music will help me to destress. Also spending time with my pets is good. They are perfect little stress relievers.

I do none of those I normally listen to music or watch a movie or call my boyfriend and talk to him.

i workout or jog and get into sports (i row with my team four times a week in manila bay and sometimes we swim), better if you can get involved in team sports - it's more fun plus you meet more people
