I think it was the Mendis spin factor that India lost finals against Srilanka. Nobody was able to pick the spin bowler and where it is going to turn. I also think Sanath Jayasurya played cool and batted well even when losing wickets. What do you think?

its the full credit taht goes to jaysuriya and mendis. but i think India should have tackled it well. i have seen India always do blunders in the finals. they never can manage it. although they played few previous games very well.

having restricted Sri Lanka to 273, it was upto the batsmen to win the game for India. And again we got a great start with Sehwag playing beautifully to get India upto to 76 in 9 overs. And after that it was the Mendis show. None of the batsmen had a clue against him. And in the hindsight one might say the batters were the ones to blame but considering the fact that no one in the team was able to play Mendis, the blame should not be on anyone. Its time to move on and we must make sure that the lessons are learnt and must play Mendis well in the coming series in SriLanka.

hey....its JAYASURYA,as d wickets tumbling at the other end his vast experience took them to a fighting total .yes mendis spin played a part but still an experience bat at no.2 or 3 would have made the difference .alright you are nuturing young talents i agree but not at the cost of india 's win.
