BPO's having more options than just call centers

Hey friends apart from call centers alone the BPO industry offers many other jobs as well like medical transcription, business transcription, legal, general transcription wherein u have the option of working from the comforts of yr home and get paid good as well, obviously not as high as a call center job but if u do well u really get a very decent amount. What do you have to say??

Hi mariamac, i have worked in the backoffice as well.. Its has the same presurre and hectic. need to perfom and then the quality checker.. and then incentives.. has to handle 20 agent under me. god still its same. fine i was on level two the salary was good as equal to the agent on level two in call center.
