which is better to use in the philippines moneybookers or paypal

is there anyone who can tell which to choose between paypal & moneybookers, i'm new in mylot and i would like to know which is ok to use in my country (Philippines)paypal or moneybookers,and can i use any bank in my country, please help coz i really wanted to start things right, i'm a mother of two lovely kids and i'm out of job right now and i WANT TO EARN! please help :-)

I haven't tried moneybookers but Paypal seems better for me. If you have a Unionbank EON card, you can get your paypal account verified and better yet you can withdraw your paypal money via EON card. If you are interested in this, just check my profile and visit my blog. I blogged my personal experience with Unionbank EON. It took me almost 2 months to get my card. They did encounter some problems when I applied but as of now, it is already fixed so getting a card won't take you a long time like I did (hopefully).

thanks for that, i'll check with my bank first and it is not that fast, i'll move to unionbank, but i'll try moneybookers first since i dont have credit card, thankssss
