which is more important,college rank,or specialty rank ?

Just recall the time when you have to make such a decision,which rank attach more importance ?For me ,I think the latter one means more to me ,so I resolved to choose the better specialty---chemical engineering.
what is you choice?

hi, robert. regarding your question, i think it depends on your interest, your study, your career aim, and so on. if you like chemical engineering, then you obviously choose the right choice. but if you are not interested in it, than you were wrong. don't you think so?

Thanks very mucn for your advice.Indeed ,I plan to apply a US college and have a MBA degree .that's a paradox ,isn't it?
I don't know how many chances I would get to be admitted. Whatever I will try and insist.
