My Mcafee virus scan expired so I had to go out and buy a new one.
I was referred by two different sales people, they both recommended the Kaspersky internet security
It was said to be the better compared to Norton and McAfee.
Now that It is in my computer it is giving me problems with the sites that I used to be able to view.
It blocks the site without asking me.
What do I do?
Does anybody know about this virus software?

I don't know anything about this type of internet security. I was AVG free.

I used Kaspersky for a long time until they started charging for it. I think it's probably one of the best you pay for. I never had a problem with it blocking any sites I tried going to, though. But there has to be something in there that lets you set your preferences, or your level of control. Since I haven't used it in awhile I don't know much about it.
Wish you had asked before buying. There are several great anti-virus programs on the Internet for free. I use Avast, which I think is great. And, my husband uses AVG, another great one. And, then you can use another free program called Advanced Windows Care Personal. This lets you clean up your computer and you can run it daily, if you want. I run it probably once a week.
You might try using a search engine to hunt for problems with Kaspersky. There has to be somebody out there with a solution.

Kaspersky is not a name brand or common virus protection program. your better off with McAfee, AVG which is free or Norton (memory hog).

Hello. Spoiledbrat is right, NOD32 is a good anti-virus. It does not eat too much memory in your computer and silently works in the background. And it's the most efficient one i have used.
