Hi One minute can change a person's life. But if I think what can I do in one minute is really confusing. I can smile to somebody and they will pass it on to many in one minute. I can take a photograph of a flower or login to a website in one minute. I can read more than two pages of a useful book, or can motivate my heart to give thanks to God. I can make a telephone call and talk to my friend or relative. There are many things one can do with one minute.

In 60 seconds, I can make one good and meaningful response to a single discussion here at mylot. I can do it by typing accurately at my fastest speed of 90 words per minute. In 60 seconds, I can also make a brief call to my hubby to say how much I miss him for this day and looking forward to the evening to see his face again. Although there are more, I think those 2 above are the best things I could ever do in a minute for now.

- check my emails and blogs - make a coffee - meditate - relax for awhile or between too much concentration in work - communicate with friends / socialize - know a new word from the dictionary those are in one minute each :)
