Do you often feel yourself getting tense under the stress of everyday life? If so, raise your shoulders,allow them to drop and then take a four or five deep breaths.You'll find not only your shoulders,but also your head and muscles will relax simultaneously?

Stress is overloading the mind with multiple thoughts or pressures, that the mind or brain cannot able to withstand..so we burst out in anxiety and tension.
