Success is all about human relations

Yeah,i totall agree with you,as i'm young,i don't have enough exprience in the society,i can still feel that human relationship is so important.So many examples occur around us,if one who is with good ability to do best,but if he doesn't have many supporters,he can only cheer with himself,being a lead is just a dream to him.In the other side,if one is common in the work,but he always gets close to others and make friends,his way will be more smooth...

I agree my friend human relations are very important because sometimes you can not win a battle by yourself but if you have people behind you you will triumph and you can not lead an army with out having good relations and giving them the respect they deserve so they will respect you and follow your command,and if a person loses their ability to have good human relations they do not stand a chance but that is just my opinion.

This is a toughie. Why? Personally I believe this. I believe you need to have good human relations to get stuff done and that is ultimately the goal of a boss... to get things done... through other people. However, there are those out there in the corporate world who have made an artform of threatening people to get things done and it works fine for the company they work for as long as the numbers look good. That does not mean in the end they are going to STAY successful at what they do, but it works at least for the short term. Very good question Zelo

I tend to agree with you that one can be successful if one has good human relationship with one another. We all enjoy being with positive people and good relations can be nutured only if we all remain positive and cheerful despite any odds. But again success is rather subjective and debatable. What is success to one may not be success to another. A good leader, in my opinion, must have the knowledge and impartiality and charisma other than good human relations.

Yes,i do agree with you.I think if one person can do good in human relations,he/she must be successful in his/her career.We live in society and live with people.We can not do everything only by oneslef.We need to intercommunicate with other person.We need help from other's.If we have a successful job,we must be sociability.I think be family is also.treat with people happily,we will live more happer.

I am agree proper human relations really play very important role for success in life. without proper human relations you can never succeed in your life. if you can not make proper human relations in your how can you succeed in your life.

Certainly! I always believe that having the support of the people around you is very important. You can do a lot of things if you have very supportive people around. When it comes to career, having some allies in the office also help a lot!

wow this is really a very big topic. human relations is one of the most complex issues. i'd even go as far as saying it is the most complex. human nature is so mysterious that no one ever knew what exactly goes on in our brain. it's not an easy task to have people on your side. you can be the most pleasant and charming person in the world. but you might find people disliking you for no reason. similarly, you can be the nastiest person on the street and people still flock to you like moth to fire. what did the great rulers hold that makes them special? does charisma really play a part? is that why the world forgave bill clinton for his little slip up?

It is very important to get along with people and be able to relate. You really can't be successful and be a hermit who hates humanity (well at least in 99% of cases. There are occasional exceptions to the rules.)

Success is base on how we have made an impact and how we have help others in our own little ways. I certainly agree with you.

I agree with you 100% you are only going to be as successful in life as you are in your relationships with others.

I am a young man who is struggling to succeed on day.I have made a good efforts to learn more to improve myself.and I of course know the human relations are the very important element to succeed on our career way.No man can be successful without the superb human relations,including the knowledgable man.If no one support his opinion,strategy and promote him.he will never succeed. So generally, we should say self-management is very important education,but the human relations is more important.if we can manage these two ponits well.we could or we should be successful. i completely agree with you. it is very important that we maintain relations in life because you never know who can we meet when in life. due to the uncertaininty in life, it is important to maintain relationship with everyone

I quite agree with your point. Human relation is the most magic and complicated one, it can half the work with double result, double the work with half result. Once I was poor in human relations, and I made everything a mess, later, I wanna make a change, and I started with human relations. I really benefit from this change, and have made more friends, and share more funs in life. Though sometime I still puzzled by it, I would do my best to improve.

I agree but not applicable to all I guess as! Since there are also people whom we don't want to mingle due to their attitude and we need to avoid them since they will just destruct us..But, in general, the more flexible the person is, the more chances he/she will be successful!

I agree wholeheartedly with that! You must understand and be able to work with other people in order to have any success at all in anything you do. If you want to advance in your work, you must understand the minds of those who are in a position to help you advance. If you simply want to be a success at the level you are in presently, you must understand the people you work with in order to be an effective team member. Anything we do in life is affected by other people, so you must have, or learn, good human relations in order to be a success.
