Try this if you suffer from air,sea or other travel sickness. When travelling by car or train, focus on distant objects rather than on near-by ones moving past you.And you may want to try capsules containing powdered ginger root. What is you opinion and experience?

Yes, I have heard that ginger root is helpful for travel sickness. I wear wrist bands that work on pressure points to stop me feeling sea sick when I go on a rough sea trip. I find fresh air helps and looking outside at the passing scenery. I wear ear planes in my ears when I fly otherwise my ears get painful. I feel fine on a train and I only get travel sick on a bus if it is a very rough journey like along narrow and winding mountain roads.

Thats good ideas, I can remember when I was a little girl it was a common thing for cars to have a rubber strap attached to the back of the car so it touched the ground..it seemes to work well for me it did ,.....
