Hi,guys!I was thinking of the same question all the time --- What is a friend?
I don't want to make compaint to get compassion,so I would like not to say too much about my story to waste your time.
Just get dowm to my answer to this question:
a ture friend is a friend who will know you as know himself/herself the social class, the money and such r not important for this kind of friendship.Sure,i am not totally a idealist ,a realist, neither.
The 2 under this realationship, will not die for eachother by the way of cutting in their ribs.Coz,them know it clearly that no matter who will die,he must hope to see that the other was saved and keep on living for himself on the earther then, except this kind of ture friend u have freedom to call everyone u know as ur friends but just so-called friends!
Certainly,do not expect that they would die for u,neither.

First i would like to say welcome to you. And i hope you can really enjoy yourself here.
As for your question, well, i think this question is the one worth most pondering.
I bet our ancestor had similar discussion like the one you post here.
Personally, i think a friend is not somebody who call you as friend when he/she needs you and walks away when you need their help.
Besides,a friend should always be frank, he/she will never hesitate in telling you what he/she thinks is wrong with you.
What's more, a friend should also be someone who can share with you. Laughters, tears, secrets and so on.
In a word, a friend in need is a friend indeed.
Have a nice day and enjoy mylotting!

hello! I have many kinds of friends. Not all friends fall into the category of "one who is always there for you". That would be a "best" friend. I have many levels of friends. Those in my neighborhood, at my church, former workmates and so on. Only a handful are "always there". Most people are fortunate to end up having one or two friends who fit into that category.
