I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way. I am not being flippant when I say, if you dont like the view, try looking through a different window. What I mean is - when you are feeling low, it is much easier to see all the negatives. So, if you can, try looking at your life from a different angle. Try to find something, however small, that is good or makes you happy and build on it. Obviously, I know nothing of your circumstances but I hope you can like your life a bit better soon. take care.
