i miss him...

my dad died 11 years ago and still i can't accept the fact that he is gone forever...
he has been nothing but an inspiration to me. he's strict and really is a good father to me and that's one thing that i really miss about him. i only have one brother but i don't see any father figure in him.
it makes me sad whenever my dad crosses my mind... :(
i just thought of sharing this to y'all...

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I love my dad dearly, and I'll be crushed when he's gone.
I don't know if it's something that would help you or not, but you should consider going to a retirement home or nursing home and 'adopting' someone. I have a girl friend who lost her mother and she's spent a lot of time at these places and has gained a lot from it. She's now got three 'moms' who love her to bits. Not only does she get something out of it, but she helps ease their boredom and loneliness.
