how can i make myself force to love my boyfriend less than i do now?

actually i think i love my boy frnd much more than he deserve. but i cant help it. i am totally hipnotised by him. i cry when he dont pay me complete attention. and every day i want to love him more and more. this is basically hampering my study so .....................................
