What do you feel are your negative traits?

In preparetion for an interview,i'm trying to write some dummy Q&A down. All very sensible. But i'm having trouble with this question. What blaffles me most is, no one ever saya any of their real weakness, it's all nonsens like ''I care too much'' and people says i work too hard'', who on earth consider that to be one of their real weaknesses? People do care too much dont actually see it as a weakness. It's all nonsens.
What have others people says about this? Or: those interviewer, what do you look for when you ask this question? Honestly...And ALSO HOW TO KEEP IT BALANCE BESIDES OF YOUR NAGATIVE TRAITS???

I agree with the first response. Ive gotten 2 jobs because I told my employers that no matter what I will always call it how I see it and be honest. And most employers like employees who tell it like it is.

I think the idea is to make your negative qualities seem like they could be an asset to the job. No-one in their right mind is going to say anything really bad. The last interview I had, I said 'You've probably worked that out already... I talk too much!' It was true and I felt that the job needed someone who was reasonably outgoing and comfortable talking to people of all ages/backgrounds. I got the job.

Well , to be negative for something shown that how serious and important you treated it. Anyway , I'dont know whether you heard a quote ,"If you can change your thoughts, you can change your world". Negative and positive is a choice , it never be balanced. Don't expect human is like a computer , which you can format ,delete , install by ur favor. So, for now....all you have to do is make your choice today! Happy or Sad, frustrated or motivated, success or lose!
