Clean back!

A daft question I've always wanted to ask - How do you keep your back in top condition? Now summer is here in the UK, I get to see a lot of backs - both spotty and smooth backs. How do you keep yours in prime condition? Are you lucky enough to have a partner/servant to wash it every time? Or are you like me who make full use of what you can pick up from the shops such as - back strap/long handed scrub? I do have spots on my back probably due to inadequate cleaning - keep missing some parts with the brush. Don't get me wrong I do have a loving hubby but he never volunteers to wash my back unless I beg him and even then the answer is not always yes. So yup, it be nice to have some feedback. Thanks in advance!

Oh my word, do you know I've never even given my back a thought about how it looks to other people!!I usually just soak in the bath and occassionally scrub it with a long handled thing but thats it, that makes me sound so scummy and gross doesn't it ha ha! I'm gona check my back tonight before I go a bed LOL!

Hi mychattime Thanks for letting me know - I feel so much better that its not just my back hee hee. Hope your back is nice and smooth - do let me know. You know I think I'm going mad. Lately unconsciously I've been giving points to people with smooth spotless backs!

Hi, just to update you, my back is good, better than my hubbys whos got a mole typr thing on his back and the other day he touched it and was like 'what this' o I told him and then said it had been there years! He asked if he should try and pull it off or something and after feeling a bit nausea I strongly recommended NO! LOL. I hope he would tell me if my back was dirty, do you think its something you tell people? ha ha

Hiya mychattime This mole type thing on your hubby's back - is it a big black head?!? Coincidently my hubbys got one on his back just below his neck - really big fat black raised bump. I believe it is a big fat juicy black head (I hope i haven't put you off your tea). C U

Hi mycupoftea. I understand your point. I usually wash my back with a brush proper for wash the backs and every week I ask my daughter to put a hydratant cream in my back. Before my daughter can does this I ask a friend to put it. You can do the same. When some friend pay a visit to you ask her to put the cream in your back. Many women have the same problem so friends help friends. Cheers.
