Catsill Happy Hips Cat Treats - Don't feed them to your cat!

I lost a cat last year to the Menu Foods poisoning. Two of my cats were exposed to it, and one survived. Now I've lost the one who survived after feeding her Catsill Happy Hips Cat Treats. I was giving her Hip Action treats (with glucosamine chondroitin to help with arthritis), but the pet store was out of those. I read the Catsill Happy Hips package and it sounded like it had the same ingredients so I thought it was safe. I also have a younger cat who managed to eat some from my older cat's bowl and she also became very ill but was okay after a couple of days. My older cat died a week or so after eating them. I e-mailed the company twice and they never responded, so they are not to be trusted.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. I will avoid these treats, too. My cats take Cosequin for Cats for their arthritis. It comes in a capsule, and you open it to sprinkle on their wet food. They have been taking it for years. It is very good for them.

My sympathies in the loss of your pets and when it is due to the negligence of a company you trusted, it just makes it much worse. I will avoid this company also.
