You must exercise and continue to exercise. Most people can eat whatever they want and still loose weight as long as they are being super active day to day. I don't really trust diets. As long as I'm getting good foods and getting all the things in the food pyramid then I'm okay. Also, you should take some supplemental vitamins to help your body get what it doesn't get from the foods you eat. The exercise will continue to work as long as you are doing cardio for at least 30 minutes four to five days a week. Good luck.

Are you dreaming? There isn't any diet that if you quit your weight will stay off. That is why you have to have a change in your food habits. I suggest that you stop drinking any soda that you might drink and only drink water~ lots of it. Eat healthy, fruits, veggies, wheat pastas, no sugars. You will have to change your habits and keep them changed to keep your weight off. Exercise helps too.

I'm actually working on a diet website now, but it's not ready for anyone's eyes yet, lol. There isn't really a diet you can do that will make you lose weight that you can stop and then expect to stay skinny, that I know of at least that isn't unhealthy or dangerous. Something you can do though is just make a few changes to your diet now - lose the sugar, drink lots of water, switch to whole grain, and make sure you are getting enough protein and veggies. Combine that with 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week and you'll be able to cheat once in awhile, but you probably won't want to because you'll get used to eating healthy and exercising after a few months.
