Do you prefer cats with long or short hair?

Short please. The ones with long hair look weird, get matted, are alot more work to take care of. They get hair every where. Drives me crazy!

I think cats with long hair are cuter, but I have allergies, so my cats have shorter hair. It also makes it easier for me to groom them when it come time to. But Im a new cat mommy, weve only had them a few months.

Of my 26 cats, 3 have long hair. Give me a short haired cat any day! Fact is that 2 of the 3 arrived when they were babies, one was my c-section kitten, Solo, and the other was my bottle baby, Oliver. Short haired cats are so much less work, I've never had to cut a matt outta a short haired cat. I've never had to have a healthy short haired cat groomed. I'd take a short haired cat over a long haired one any day, but you can't have my 3 long haired ones....

I'd prefer cats with short hairs thenat... They are low maintainance cats which made them a lot easier to take care off. All my cats are short hair... I just find them cuter than those of Persian and Himalayan cats with long hairs... I also don't like the hair falling from them, I'm somewhat allergic to it...

I have always liked cats with short hair. They don't shed as much as a cat with long hair does. My kittens both have short hair plus their hair is mostly gray they are gray tiger stripped kittens.

Short-haired cats are easier to care for. Only one of ours is long haired, Arthur, the Turkish Angora. He takes very good care of himself, so he's no problem.
