Fiber one bars gives you gas?

Not only do fiber one bars give you the fiber you need, as well as it also regualtes you, but i find that i get a lot of gas with it to. Does anyone else share this symptom? I was also told not to eat more than one a day or else its going to be toilet trouble.

hmmmmm i have never tried those bars do they at least taste good ??

Oh yes, they taste better than a granola bar. Although i did have to stop eating them because i wanted to be gluten free and they are made with wheat.
