do you listen whe other people talks

sometimes I make a misson, just to listen when people talk,other times i tune them out, zoom them out and watch them walk.I can do this automatically almost like there not there,and not care.But the key is to listen,pay attention ,and you can have them listen to you because it's what they want to talk about.Thats the key to talk about what they want,what they like and watch the results.
