Hi,
I'm trying to get myself in gear to start my second session at my online college. I finished my first class a week ago with straight A's and was pretty happy about it, since I hadn't seen the door of a school for 30 years.
My class that starts tonight is going to be a bit more difficult I'm afraid. It is Medical Terminology and I got the book a week ago and it is HUGE!
I've had the last week off from school and in that time I joined MyLot and have really come to love it. I have found that I spend alot of time on here. lol Now, I'm looking at the screen searching discussions, answering discussions and know that I need to read 3 chapters of my book before 7pm tonight.
I can't seem to get with it!!! Any ideas??
Have a great day!

I left school 23 years ago and have not been back. I have been entertaining the idea of going back online. Is it easy to do in your opinion? I really am seriously considering doing it. I do know that myLot is addictive - LOL. I don't know, since you are doing it online then I would do the work at the time of the day when you have the most energy and time to sit down uninterupted without distractions. Good luck!

Hi,
Thanks for your response.
Yes, I'm a young 50 years old and just started back to school myself. I'm on disability so I don't work outside the home and decided that I needed something to make my brain active. LOL It was very easy to do and CTU is great to work with. They've helped me greatly every step of the way.
I ended up attending my live chat for school tonight and the assignment really isn't due until Friday. What I'll do is do a little each day until it's done. That's whats so great about going to school onine. You can do things on your own time. It's great!
Have a great evening!
