I'll think of a counter thought to drown out the bad thought and figure out a solution to my problem. Sometimes I'll go into my bedroom and meditate on my bed for a while. Sometimes I go to friends for advice.

when i am sad i just divert my attention to my daughter or ask my bf to meet me or get together to lessen the pressure that im having at that moment. i also watch movie, listen to music or read as much pocketbook or novel as i can. but sometimes whatever you do you still feel the emptiness inside and its hard to ignore and i just cry so that it will burst and after that im ok already. maybe we just feel sadness and emptiness if we are in stress and as a person as a human being we also need to relax and enjoy sometimes.

I listen to music and mope around in my room. I think my room is my sanctuary because everything in it is mine. And I don't have to deal with outside noise. I often need time to myself to just answer to myself, you know? I need my space mostly at night.

the first thing i usually do is to listen to the music. music is a big help when it comes to negative emotions. it will heal them and make you alive again with positive energy. that's how i feel whenever i listen to the music.

ah, i hope you are well firstly.It is a funny discussion.If i am sab, maybe i will choose the furst one.I will listen to the mad DJ music to comfort me.

I sometimes want to be alone when I'm sad, but other times it's nice to have someone there to hold me too. I also like to try to clean, do things that keep my mind off whatever it is that is bothering me. And mostly when I'm sad, I like to talk to a friend, a family member, just talk to someone that I know will understand my situation or problem. Friends and family are always a good way to get over depression.
