How to find passion for your work

Everyday I confront the same people the same documents do the same thing.I really feel boring.I can not feel any passion from my work and I work just for life need.Everybody can you tell me when you happened this sistuation how do you deal with it?

I think you should find a work taht you really enjoy so that you wouldn't get bored at work.
