I did not have idea that one can float also, if one gets his first kiss or someone says I love you.........LOL! So if in future this kind of situations occur with me........I would try to see if I can float.
Interesting discussion!

I float on air practically every time my husband and I are doing something together. We are like one person because we think so much alike and work so well together. We have known each other for 4 years now and have been married for 3 years and we are still very much in love. We hold hands when we are walking anywhere, even when we go to the hardware store together! LOL
He works mainly from home, but occasionally has to go in to work, usually about one day a week. When I'm on the computer, we have messenger open and talk to each other that way. We never seem to run out of things to say to each other and almost always have the same thoughts at the same time, or say the same thing at the same time.
It took me a long time to find my "soulmate", but it was worth the wait!

Only when I skydive. As I pull the ripcord and the air gets pulled into the opening chute and I am pulled high into the sky at an incredible speed do I float on air. I can't remember the last time I felt this way as far as love goes. I have been with my wife over 35 years now. Our love is strong but not shown that often as she is a workaholic and I take care of my dad all day and all night long.
HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

Ha ha ha ha ha... it is with my wife at a countdown party when I first felt that floating sensation!
That was where we first held hands, but were not officially a couple yet. Place was crowded, and we did not want to get lost.
Then there after, there are a few really good "floating" moments which I prefer to keep to myself.
I am sure when your turn comes, you will have plenty of these really feel good sensations. All the best to your relationship!

You must have fallen in love today!
It shows in everything you say.
As for me, I feel as if I'm floating
on air when my daughter hugs me.
She is the most amazing, inspirational
person.
It's a mommy thing.
I can't describe it.

The only moment that I know I can float on air is when I am in the dream.
Er...and once when I was running, I felt that I was almost float up.
Could this be one of what you say?
