they are minister so they become rich, though the literal meaning of the word is one who serves but they are not servant they are ruler . and ruler means.....dear why you worry .even investigating agency won't tell you the secret. you yourself have to find it out and tell the whole world the truth . i too am eagerly waiting for it.

There are several ways that Minister can become rich and allot of the ways are not entirely nice. But then again, we live in a world where power and influence seem to mean everything.
In the USA, UK and other Western countries, politicians can get rich two ways. The first way is before they enter politics - usually from their first careers in business or most typically in law. The other way is after they leave office, when they've got a brand name and a string of influential contacts. Take the Clinton's as an example. They left the White House with debts but made more money in the first two years of the post-presidency than in the 8-years in office. Book deals and lecture circuit fees usually do the trick.
In Asia, Latin America and Africa, you can actually get rich in politics. At the crudest level, business people will bribe you to see that they're projects get through. At a more sophisticated level, you'll find that you can use the tax payers money to keep you in a very enviable lifestyle - the line between your personal money and the States becomes thin to the point of being non-existent.
However, I must be fair to my own kind. In Singapore, our politicians do not take bribes - there is no corruption of that sort. However, the salaries of our Ministers are so high, they will end up becoming millionaires - our Prime Minister makes four times more than the US President for running a country that would not be a suburb of New York.

its obvious, they get to rule the state like a king and a king can do anything, no matter, how old the king is ... they earn and people like us loose... this is India these days...
Maybe we can change this scenario, one day !!
