hello my all mylot friends well there is a saying always have your breakfast like a 'Prince',, and your lunch like a 'King',, and your dinner should be like a 'beggar'.....so do you follow this path well it is very difficult for me personally.....me and my husband try to follow this sometimes but never succeeded so far.....because sometimes in the morning we dont feel like having something so how can we take a heavy breakfast sometime we feel very hungry in the nitetime or in the afternoon so we eat very heavy in dinner so it is very difficult to manage this saying....... yes technically it is so true but difficult to follow.......

I'm trying to lose weight, so my meal plans probably sound a lot different than others'. For breakfast, I usually have a protein shake (soy protein isolate) and a homemade cappuccino. The protein fills me up and completely kills my appetite, so I don't even think about eating until maybe 1pm. If I do get hungry, I'll have a small salad or a can of green beans with a little butter and salt. For lunch, I'll have a veggie-heavy meal consisting of about 300 calories or so. My afternoon snack is a piece of fruit and a slice of whole grain bread. And supper is usually a small serving of protein in the form of chicken, fish or turkey (and occasionally lean ground pork) with some more vegetables. And throughout the day I might have a cup of coffee with sweetener and a dash of cream, and maybe a V8 or two. I usually average around 1200-1300 calories. None of my meals are exceptionally large, and because I try to eat every 3-4 hours I don't really feel the need to eat a lot.
