Stupid people?

Why do these people destroy the public property when its like destroyin your own property...? Is it fair?

Some people in my opinion have no sense of property or people so they destroy all they can. They are actually people that you do not want around. They will destroy all they can. Is not fair but the good people should do something about it and maybe they would have some ethics and stop to consider property of others as their own.
