Do you like potato?
Well, potato is good is classed as protective vegetable because of it's high vitamin C content. The energy value of the potato is the same as bread, but it is far better balanaced than bread particularly on it's contain of potassium ,vit. C and B1.
The potatoes is also lower on calories.
I also have read of some of its benefits in "medical use".
Ex: Potato soup great advantage for uric-acid and stomach disorder, it replaces the minerals in the systems and a lot more benefits.

Potatoes do have carbs.First of all people who are still on low carb diets should realize that their body needs carbs to function.There are some good & bad carbs.Potatoes are nutritious carb filled food.It is rich in vitamin c,the B-complex vitamins and minerals.So you see tomatoes are good for your health.cheers..

Potato have lots of nutrients in it. It contains carbohydrate hence it helps to gain you energy. In my home, I always have potato as a diet. In some part of nation, Potato is only eaten as regular meal. And those who only eats it are stronger than me. hehe

They are a vegitable so they have lots of vitamins and minerals, especially in the skin. I also heard of a potatoe diet where your diet is mostly potatoes. They are so large they fill you up and they are really low in calories.

lots of carbohydrates, helps to constipate, easy to digest, easy to make, cheap and always available, no fat , no danger on the heart.. and it's really really tasty!
