I am not so sure if anyone has raised this topic before
Has anyone experienced having so many topics in mind before going to sleep and then the next day when you sign in........ops!there goes your topic, someone just discussed it.That's a lesson learned. If you have any topics in mind, get up and post it right away-no matter how sleepy you are, don't put it off tomorrow,LOL

The old folks say "Don't let tomorrow past when you can do it today", definitely this should be done here in mylot particularly when starting up an original discussion. I mean with a 130,000+ population, it would just need a couple of second before someone else would get the same idea. But if you just stroll the topic discussion you should also noticed that there are some who have the same similar topic, they only differs in the title and slightly in the content, but all in all it is almost the same.

Yea. It always happened last time. However, as time goes by, I do not have as much ideas for discussions as before. When I first join mylot, I tend to start any discussion I can think of but this results in me starting some duplicate discussions. Now, I try to think of some original and hopefully interesting discussions. Usually, it take me days just to think of one or 2 such discussions.

Always write them down. I don't even have to sleep to forget them. I try to keep a pad of paper next to me all the time to write things down that I might use.
