I dont know if there are many people on here whom have started their own business or was thinking about it. Right now I am thinking of a career change. In this change I am seriously thinking of opening a business. Trouble is I dont even know where to begin.
The business I want to start is a Bar. I know that it unds crazy but hey what can I say. The question that I have has anyone in here started there own business? If you have what are some obsicles that you had to over come? Is there anything that I should think about before I start a business?
For those of you who have not started a business whould you given the opertunity? If you had the chance to start your own business what would it be and why?

If you are seriously thinking of starting a business, visit the Small Business Association for some great information. You can reach it by following this link: http://www.sba.gov/There are many things to consider and investigate, especially if you want to start a bar. As a starter list, you will need:Purchase Money - Will you buy an established business, building or will you build? How much will you need for renovations, supplies and your licensing?
Costs - How many employees will you need? How much insurance will you need? What costs will you need to cover for training? The SBA will give you a great starting place to figure out if this is the business for you. It will also help you find places to investigate financing for start up costs.
Good luck!
