"Boss is always Right" will you follow this..??

Yes, I am following this rule.. My boss is the incharge of the entire South India, So, every day, he used to pass lots of infromations/orders to the departmental heads for the 6 states within our regions.
I am his secretary, who is taking care of all thoses communications.. Some times, he may be ask me to give the wrong infromations/communications to the people, I will also forward the same to the people concerned.. but it will be reflected in the next day morning in the office, he will call and asked (sometimes, shouting at) me, why do you send this particular informations to the wrong person, (by holding that person on the phone line).. Then he told me to rectify the same and send the same to the concerned people,
He used to shout me, as long as he holds the phone on his line, after put the receiver down, he will be switch over to the next topic..
I never argue with him about this.. Because he is not actually finding fault with my work, to handle that particular Phone call, he useing me as a tool.. thats all..
So, i always treat my boss always right..

Well, bosses do make mistakes. 
I don't argue immediately though. I just confront him/her and say exactly what went wrong and what could have been done. I just do it in a nice way. So far, all of my bosses have been nice (to a certain degree) and approachable. But they are different in a lot of ways in handling people and processes. They handle mistakes differently as well. Most of them admits if they make a mistake though.
I got a chance to be a boss as well. I make mistakes too. But with that responsibility, I'd always have to go the extra mile and always study and believe/trust the rationale behind work stuff. That minimizes the risk of making a mistake. Take care!

I will not argue with my boss, and I do whatever he needs me to do. I do not, however, feel that the boss is always right and if he asks me to do something that I think can be done in a better way I will bring it up to him. My boss is very open to that, so that is good. Not everyone has that luxury. When I have been in charge I always welcomed other's views and opinions.

If I believe my boss is wrong about something I'll disagree/argue with him/her, but then again, I HAVE been fired a few times. I argue with my current boss, but he doesn't mind, he sees it as a way to explain things more clearly so that I can understand his point-of-view. But I don't argue with his boss because she just a b*tch and she isn't worth my job so I just keep my mouth shut.

well boss is always right but sometimes he might go wrong that is he might take some dissions in hurry because of the work load or due the hurriedly nature of work it can be anything it might also be the pressure of clients but it is also true that boss is always right (:55) and do you know how to use emiticons i have been trying but have not reached success so far

the boss isn't always right, if i know what he is asking me to do is wrong then i wouldn't do it until he directly orders me to do, until i am sure that the move isn't a mistake on his part but he knowingly intends to do something that isn't right then i wouldn't do it. the boss isn't always right, not in my world!

i am happt to discuss the topic here.I think many people would agree that:boss is always right.lol isn't it? Maybe yes, if not, how does he become a boss if he don't have any wise strategies.Yes, it is indeed like this..
But in my mind,boss also has mistake on work.It is indeed,maybe i could say who didn't have a mistake if he is human beling all over the world,including the great leaders.no one is all right with a mistake.But they can be right a lot,mistake a little.
I worked before under a boss,yesm he is a good wise,aggressive boss.He is always right with the decision.But sometimes, i always wil guide him some small mistake.and he can accept my suggestion friendly and appreciately.That is the pointe i admired him a lot.

i think i dont beleive that boss is always right. he might be more experienced than me but certainly he is not perfect. so i beleive, he just wants to shout at someone. so chil and work the right way and not his way.
