Do you enjoy writing poetry?

Do any of you like to write poetry? If you do, waht kind do you write?
I like to write poems about things going on in my life. Rather it be love, my son, a milestone, whatever it may be. Some have rhyming in them, some dont.
There is a site that i belong to that you can post your writings on, and as the content is viewed you earn money. If you are a writer of any kind poetry or otherwise, let me know and i can send you the link to the site if you like...or if you are interested in reading some of my work i can send you the link for that as well..
I love to read poems as well so feel free to share them if you wish.

i have a claasmate who loves writing poems, everytimes there is a situation, you will find him writing a poem, and then later on, you receive his group sms with his poem.
funny thing is that even when his glasses are lost, he would still express it as a poem!
lol.
sometimes, i appreciate poetry, but i find it hard to understand it. haha

I love writing poetry. I have been writing since 6th grade. Easier to get out your emotions in written word than to tell people how you feel. I have very few happy poems, when things are going great the need doesnt consume me as strong.

I do sometimes. It's not something that I like doing everyday. I take more time with songs, screenplays and short stories. And my poems are always depressing, at least that's what people have told me. I don't really like rhyming with my poetry. I concentrate more on description words than technique.

i am writing poems since grade school until now...the poems varied from love, politiccs, inspiration and daily walk of life.
i always see poetry as stress reliever and a good out;et whenver i am down...it really helps
