Please forgive me, I'm sure this has been asked before, but how do I set a profile picture? I uploaded a photo, but cannot figure out how to set it as a default. Thanks for any suggestions. I am VERY new here. :-)

It's actually separate to uploading pics; you need to find the 'edit your preferences' link on the left, and add the pic there. Or follow this link to it: http://www.mylot.com/nr/editcustomize.aspx
