I had a gastric bypass the end of Feb and I have been going to a gym to work on toning and continued loss. I learned a quick and effective workout at a gym. It takes about a half hour and I go three days a week. To date, I have lost 160 pounds..and I can tell a big difference in myself since I added this workout. Good luck with whatever you decide.

I feel really good. It is like literally loosing one person. I find things I found hard before, so much easier now. My routine is 12 different stations. I do reps of 15 to begin with and then up to three reps of 15. But I first start with cardio, like the bike for 10 minutes or treadmill..then I go to the 12 different stations, and cool down with 10 minutes on the bike or treadmill.

A good form of exercise is Rock Wall climbing, and if you do intense wall climbing, in about 45 minutes your head is drenched and the next morning you wake up and your arms ache a ton until your body gets used to using your whole body to climb on rocks. A good place is called Stone Age, but there are other rock wall climbing gyms and you can also do rock climding on mountains, but you have to be really good to do that.

Time is valuable today. And people don't have time for anything anymore. Luckily, there are routine that you can do in ten minutes tops. I don't mean to sound like a cheesy infomercial, but I've ten minute work outs before. Try checking around on websites like youtube that allow you to post videos. Search around for videos that have work outs to your liking.

Indulge in running, swimming or skipping.. If u do the same exercise daily then you might get bored very soon.. Also more than exercise it is your diet which u follow will help u achieve ur goal..

If you don't have time, then do not think about doing any exercises like going to gym or anything outdoor. Just take half an hour from 24 hours that you have and do regular ground or basic exercises like warming up, push ups, chin ups, stretching, etc. Do it with true will and you will find the result, but you should do it regularly. The key is you should not take rest while doing this. Do one exercise and then move to the next one, try to burn maximum fat as you can and try to do it quickly and maximum number of times.
