Quickrewards and Paypal verification status

Hi my lotter, I am a member of quickrewards. I am currently waiting for my first payment from this site. I requested money from them on last Monday 07/07/08 and on Wednesday they sent me the following message; Hello, We are having an issue verifying the paypal status. Please make sure that paypal is not blocking your verification status. Thanks, Quickrewards Network Anybody received this kind of email from them before? If so or if you know, please can you tell me what it means? And (the most important) can you tell me what do I have to do. My paypal is already verified before I made the request. I just don't understand what they meant by "make sure that paypal is not blocking your verification status". What is blocking? How to unblock? Thank you for your time.
