Are you satisfied with DHL

Refered to DHL, my head gets pain.
I sent a package on July 3rd, but my client complained that they haven't received yet.
I called DHL company everyday for updated news, but they told me the package have be signed by someone.
What's worse, my client told me that they never have the signed guy's name in their company.
The DHL promissed to fax me the signed express paper, but none till now.
That's make our client very angry, and me too.
I just wish the pakage have sent to the wrong place, not missing.

You may be correct, zhuxia, DHL may have misdirected your package, or worse, lost it. Make them provide you written proof of delivery. Followup with your client to be sure they don't walk away with another provider. Good luck.
