Another way to control your blodd pressure

As we say befor drinking 1 liter of water in the early morning can make you control blodd pressure if it is high, there are a second way for do that.
It is the hibiscus herb, yes you can boiled it with hot water and then leav it to be cold then you can drink a cup every day that will get your high blood pressure to be normal, and even you can drink it hot as a cup of tea.
I have try it and make a good result for me.

I was take a medication at first month with herbs, then my doctor tell me to reduce the medication till I stop taking it.
Now I am use both ways when I go in the early morning on 5am to do my prayer (as a Muslim you know) I take 4 glasses of water then after one hour I take my breakfast with a hot cup of hibiscus herb, then go the bathroom refresh myself and start my day.

I dont really know where you would get the hibiscus herb from. I take medicine to help control my blood pressure. I would not want to jsut rely on herbs or water. It is something that could easily become life threatening and you do not want to mess around with it.

Well sometimes we need to reduce chemical medicines that we take, and it is up to the person who take it.

Healthy lifestyle is the key element. hmmm... First is to weight control, then avoiding fatty and oily foods, stop smoking and drinking and eat healthy foods. Oh one more thing exercise and avoiding stress could help too... Performing these things will surely go long way. Good luck!

I think we can control our high blood pressure by means of yoga. Yoga is one of the most important factor which not only help us to keep our body fit but it also help us to control our blood pressure.
I think we always have to be cool to control our blood pressure.
