Food supplements like the b-complex capsules or powders etc may be useful if you are really suffering from something and you have been weakened, but otherwise, they should not be taken regularly. They are not totally natural supplements and hence should be sparingly used.
Rather you should lay emphasis on a variety of fruits and dairy products. They provide all that you would get from the above mentioned supplements and more, and they would not do harm to you.
