do you keep your desktop clean?

I try but it really doesn't happen! Right now on my desktop I have scattered pens and pencils and I have a phone book, cameras, a stapler, notepads, lotions, my planner, my work nametag, and a few other random things. I try to keep it clean but it doesn't work out that well!

Yep, although I do tend to leave a couple of current files on it... One way to keep it cleaner is to make a folder somewhere on the computer with all your links to your favorite programs and most used folders and files and then just drag the folder all the way to the right side or top of your desktop screen and make it a autohide taskbar... this way, whenever you need to access something fast, just move your mouse to the right of the the desktop and you will have all your links there. :) Hope this helped.

keep minimum folders and icons on desktop

I used to see the desktop if there is many icon there. I 'm now have about 20s on my desktop. I don't think 20 is very more to me, I keep it about 20s. Because I see some people's desktop with full icons, and really don't know how he to find the one he's like to use the most. I don't like to much, I put which I always use on the screen.

i keep my desktop to the bare minimum.Also lesser the icons on the desktop,faster is your computer.Of course now with the 1 or 2 gb ram in computers it makes no difference.but if you have a old computer in your office or home...remember lesser the icons on the desktop,the faster is your computer.Also screensavers slow down the computer a lot.

Yes, I always keep my desk clean. I do a lot of paper works so I really need to be organize. So whenever I need something I don't panic because I know were I put them. Also, I try to wipe my desk every week so dust won't pile up. Its nice to work on a place that is clean and organize.

I'm a very neat and tidy person and my desktop is no exception. I have nothing on it but my monitor, speakers and a little pencil caddy with a clock on it.
