Please Help me

my dog is a belgian maleloi and he's name is achilles,he is now sick,and he's getting weaker and weaker every day,he don't want to eat anymore and vomiting... what will i do? i can't drive him to the vet and i have no car and we are so far. what's the best medicine for him to recover?

hmmm.. back when i was a kid, when our dog looks weak and can barely eat, we put some sugar in his drinking water. a few hours after drinking the water with sugar, our pet would look much better.
i'm not saying its the best option, but in my experience, it works most of the time. c",)
