To verify your paypal account, you must provide your either your credit card, debit card or bank account to them. Then they will deduct a certain amount from your credit card, debit card, or bank account. For my case, I registered it with a credit card. They charged to my account and then on the statement there is sort of like pin number, and you key in the pin in your paypal account, then your paypal account will be verified.
There is the withdraw feature in paypal. You can withdraw the money to your bank account from there if your registered your paypal account under your bank account.
Hope this helps.

it's really easy and both of them are kind of the same.
to get verified, you have to give PayPal your bank routing number....just like setting up direct deposit for an employer.
once you do that PayPal will make 2 small deposits into your bank account....i think mine were for like .07 cents and .12 cents.
then you tell PayPal how much they deposited, that's it you're verified, plus now they have your routing number so they can deposit whatever money you want into your account.

yes, as atacamaval mentioned, only access PayPal through their login page never through a link or any thing because there are scammers out there that try to make you think that they are PayPal.
also, for all my financial sites like PayPal and AlertPay, i use totally unique passwords that are long with small letters, capital letters, and numbers.
