girlfriend or a friend ?

hi....its a alaways a qustion that the lady which is our best friend is our girlfriend,we share almost all matter with that girl but we r not ready acccept that she will be a girlfriend

Well, I think it is important that this lady friend is consulted to. Being a "girlfriend" is much more than just sharing with each other. What does she think about being a girlfriend as opposed to friends? If you are not ready to consider her a girlfriend then have her just be your friend. They are defiantly two different types of relationships.
