maybe you can try explaining to your son why he should eat breakfast/drink milk before going to school. make him understand that doing so will make him strong and help him do his activities in school.
if all else fails, you can try doing what my dad did to us before... if for example he has a hard time feeding us, he will tell us to choose between "eating breakfast w/ spanking" or "eating breakfast w/out spanking". either way, we will have to eat breakfast. it's just a matter of choosing between being spanked or not. of course, we will choose the one without spanking. maybe that'll work for your son
by the way, this tactic works for my 3-year old daughter

My son is already in preschool. And so far, he's doing really well. He doesn't have any tantrums in the morning. Maybe my secret to it is I make it a point that he sleeps early when he has classes. It will also help to talk to your child and make him get excited about the idea of getting to school. And also i think it helps that i enroll in a toddler class before he go to proper schooling.

we also sent our daughter to toddler school. now that's she's in nursery, she's always excited to go to school. so we don't really have a hard time with her when getting her ready.
i only use the tactic i mentioned in other situations and only as a last resort.

Learn to enjoy the parenting and you will not stress yourself. Your child will come to enjoy school if you dont work too hard but work smart. Human beings are slow learners. Once they learn they keep what they have learned. Wake up fresh to give encouragement to your baby. Seek joy first and the baby will love it. Make jokes about today yesterday while planning for tomorrow.
